Rocket Testing 🚀 Royehl 🚀

Hello/Kia Ora

Today i am going to talk about my experience test launching our water rockets, we first got our bottle then we picked a random piece of paper that had a number inside, that number meant how much water we are going to put inside our bottle, my group has chosen 600 so we put 600ml in side the bottle then we went out side in the middle of the field so we don’t hit anything or anyone.

We put our bottles on the launch pad then we put on our safety vest and our safety goggles we first pumped up the bottle with psi ( pound-force per square inch ) then we launched it, most of the bottles went far but ours went up then down, my groups bottle was nine steps away.

I was a bit scared but also excited.

This is someone’s rocket going up you can see that no one is in  the picture because we all have to stay 2 meters away, i have a question for you if you launched a rocket like this how far or how many steps do you think it will be.

Today i am going to talk about my experience of creating a paper plane and finding out what forces it uses. On Tuesday me and my class room 2 made paper airplanes. this was the only time we were allowed to make paper airplanes.

this was my first time making paper airplanes without the help of YouTube but it actually came out good. when i was making my airplane i felt a bit scared but also a bit excited too. we are doing this to be ready for  the room 1 and 2 rocket ship challenge.

I have a question to ask you, if you were doing this how would you feel?
